This notice covers the current Thyward iPhone app and this website. Thyward is made by Happtix. For privacy questions, contact hello@thyward.com.

In the iPhone app

Thyward does not require an account. Practice settings, equipment choices, favourites, saved sessions and timed session history are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information. The app has no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use your microphone or detect your movements.

Core timing and bundled audio work offline. Optional Apple voices depend on voices installed on your device. Device backups managed by Apple may include your local app data, depending on your settings.

Your choices

You can correct or exclude timed intervals and delete history sessions in the app. Removing the app removes its local data from that device; separately managed device backups may retain a copy under your backup provider's controls.

On this website

This site has no advertising, analytics scripts, newsletter form or tracking cookies added by Thyward. Our website hosting providers may process technical server logs such as IP address, request time, page requested and browser information to operate and secure the website.

If you contact us

Emailing us shares your address and message with us and the email services used to deliver it. We use that information to respond to your enquiry or arrange testing you request. Please do not include sensitive health information. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations.

Requests and updates

You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of correspondence we hold by emailing us. We will update this notice if the product or its data handling changes.
